XM-836 is a sewing machine for shoe factories designed to join the upper directly to a molded bottom (without a last, gluing or pre-gluing) by stitching on the edges, for example, through an “IDEAL” construction system.
XM-836 simplifies shoe pattern making by eliminating the holes on the upper and sole and therefore provides an eco-sustainable and highly efficient solution by significantly reducing the use of glue, as well as guaranteeing large savings in terms of time, materials and required manpower (comparable to workforce of 25-30 hand stitchers), guaranteeing the same quality of the hand-made shoemaking.
