CIUCANI Mocassino Machinery since 1978 innovates through designing, developing, patenting and manufacturing sewing machines for shoes, bags and leather products of high quality, that previously could only be done through expert hand-made. Since the late 2000s, CIUCANI focused its R&D on the development of sewing machines for eco-sustainable productions, besides innovating shoe construction processes for Moccasins, Goodyear, Ideal, San Crispino, Sneakers or Opanka.
Thanks to its experience of nearly half a century in the shoes and leather sector, today CIUCANI supplies its customers with a well-rounded service encompassing their project: a system made up of partnerships and knowledge of the final product, enabling the production of fashionable footwear conceived with environmentally friendly oriented designs. CIUCANI system draws on research, patents, styles, designs and technologies, all of which are achieved using the highest quality materials, “Made in Italy” competences’ and expertise of Italian shoemakers’ origin.
CIUCANI collaborates with designers, stylists, technical workshops, sole and last manufacturers and leather producers. Nothing is left to chance; everything is thoroughly studied so as to make footwear production an easy process of lean manufacturing, in order to provide the end customer with the highest quality products.
