XM199 is a sewing machine for shoe factories that perfectly reproduces the quality of hand-made shoemaking. Thanks to its various kits, it can manufacture various types of footwear (classic shoes, loafers, moccasins, ankle boots, boots) built on “IDEAL” or “SAN CRISPINO” shoe construction systems, but also on other special systems such as “APACHE”, “SHARK” or “OPANKA”. The “ST” kit allows you to last footwear such as sneakers without the use of a last, glue or nails while the “PROFILO” kit allows you to manufacture leather goods in general such as sofas and bags.
XM199 is an eco-sustainable and highly efficient solution as it reduces the use of glue and allows significant savings in time, materials and the required workforce (comparable to the workforce of 25-30 hand stitchers), guaranteeing the same quality of the hand-made shoemaking.
