XM13 is a sewing machine for shoe factories which, through a single seam, without glue and without nails, allows you to manufacture various types of footwear such as, for example, GOODYEAR, BALLERINAS, SNEAKERS, Boots and Ankle Boots. The XM-13 can work on various types of material, from Leather to Rubber, from EVA to Polyurethane and on various shoe systems and architectures including GOODYEAR RIB or INJECTED SOLES and footwear that require the application of a RING. Finally, it can also reproduce the very special “TYROLEAN” or “NORWEGIAN” stitching features.
XM13 marks a revolution in footwear assembly, an eco-sustainable and highly efficient solution that allows enormous savings in time, materials and the required workforce (comparable to the workforce of 25-30 hand stitchers), guaranteeing the same quality of hand-made shoemaking. The XM-13 takes advantage of our patents which provide for last-free assembling of the upper, to a sole with channeling: the result is an extremely comfortable and flexible shoe, with the shoe construction system being equal to the conventional one.
