XM22 is a sewing machine for shoe factories which, through a single seam, allows the upper to be joined to the sole without a last, performing the “OPANKA” manufacturing without glue. The final product is a much more flexible, light and less expensive shoe to make. The XM-22, being a modular machine, allows it to be adapted for other manufacturing processes such as eg. SAN CRISPINO, IDEAL but also for sewing of bags or leather goods in general, or moccasins.
XM22 is an eco-sustainable and highly efficient solution as it avoids the use of glue and allows significant savings in time, materials and the required manpower (comparable to the workforce of 25-30 hand stitchers), guaranteeing the same quality of the handcrafted shoemaking.
